Cottons / Blends

Temperature: 295° – 305° Degrees Fahrenheit 
Time: 10-12 Seconds 
Pressure: High Pressure (8-9 Manual, 60PSI Automatic) 
Peel: HYBRID Peel, peel hot after 5-10 seconds or when cool/cold
Repeat Press: 12-15 Seconds

*Tri-Blends* may require a higher temperature (up to 320 Degrees Fahrenheit) with a longer press duration.

Polyesters

Temperature: 265° – 285° Degrees Fahrenheit 
Time: 6-10 Seconds 
Pressure: Medium Pressure (4-7 Manual, 30-50 PSI Automatic) 
Peel: HYBRID Peel, Peel hot, we suggest testing before ripping off. If fabric is sensitive to heat or pressure, back off to a light pressure (10-30 psi)
Repeat Press: 12-15 Seconds

When using a Tunnel Dryer, we suggest 134-140° C

We accept the following file type:

PNG – The ideal image is a PNG with transparent background saved at 300 dpi and the size to print.

*For all images, a resolution of 300 dpi is recommended at the size you would like printed. for example 300 dpi @22×24 inch

Send us the best artwork that you have.

You can send us image artwork and we can print it as is or with adjustments.

Artwork will print as it is provided. We will not edit artwork in any way unless it is requested or if the design requires artist attention. When artist help is requested or required, a digital art proof will be provided for $25. Production turnaround will begin upon proof approval.

Printer limitations

Sketches, scans, fades, glows, and other images with feathering will fill in with white ink. If you have more questions about your art, check the Artwork Guidelines page.

Size: Maximum size is 22″ x 120″

Text: Convert all text to curves/outlines before uploading.

Colors: Full color, digitally printed in RGB. Please make your files with a transparent background or identify “show thru” areas. RGB does not reproduce fluorescent or metallic colors.

Line Thickness: minimum of .014″ for printed areas.

Show-Thru Thickness: no limit for non-printing areas

Special effects: Digital transfers are printed in full color and may contain special effects, fades, shadows, shading, and photographic images within the artwork.
