Repeat Press: 12-15 Seconds

*Tri-Blends* may require a higher temperature (up to 320 Degrees Fahrenheit) with a longer press duration.

Polyesters

Temperature: 265° – 285° Degrees Fahrenheit
Time: 6-10 Seconds
Pressure: Medium Pressure (4-7 Manual, 30-50 PSI Automatic)
Peel: HYBRID Peel, Peel hot, we suggest testing before ripping off. If fabric is sensitive to heat or pressure, back off to a light pressure (10-30 psi)
Repeat Press: 12-15 Seconds

When using a Tunnel Dryer, we suggest 134-140° C

For more information, head to our How to Apply transfers section.

Ideal: 295° F with medium pressure for 12 seconds; then wait for film to cool before removing liner. Second press for 10 seconds for matte appearance.

Lowest temperature: 275-280° F with medium pressure. Any cooler and the glue hasn’t heated up enough in the 12 seconds to bind to the fabric. Likely will need to be pressed longer for adhesive to bind.

Highest temperature: 320°F with medium pressure for 8 seconds. Anything hotter than 320°F could cause color fades and/or fabric showing through the transfer.

We accept the following file type:

PNG – The ideal image is a PNG with transparent background saved at 300 dpi and the size to print.

*For all images, a resolution of 300 dpi is recommended at the size you would like printed. for example 300 dpi @22×24 inch
