Instructions:
Ideal: 295° F with medium pressure for 12 seconds; then wait for film to cool before removing liner. Second press for 8 seconds for matte appearance.
Lowest temperature: 275-280° F with medium pressure. Any cooler and the glue hasn’t heated up enough in the 12 seconds to bind to the fabric. Likely will need to be pressed longer for glue to bind.
Highest temperature: 320°F with medium pressure for 8 seconds. Anything hotter than 320°F could cause color fades and/or fabric showing through the transfer.

The ideal image is a PNG with transparent background saved at 300 dpi and the size to print.
All other files will be accepted, but may incur art costs if advanced background drops are needed
- PNG – PNG files are the best (300 dpi & at print size)
- CorelDraw® – save as .pdf or .eps
- Adobe Illustrator® – all versions
- Adobe Acrobat® (PDF) – all versions
- Photoshop® – all versions
*For all images, a resolution of 300 dpi is recommended at the size you would like printed. for example 300 dpi @22×22 inch

You can send us vector or image artwork and we can print it as is or with adjustments.
Artwork will print as it is provided. We will not edit artwork in any way unless it is requested or if the design requires artist attention. When artist help is requested or required, a digital art proof will be provided for $25. Production turnaround will begin upon proof approval.
Size: Maximum size is 22″ x 120″ – please request a quote for larger sizes.

Colors: Full color, digitally printed in CMYK. Please make your files with a transparent background or identify “show thru” areas. CMYK does not reproduce fluorescent or metallic colors.
Line Thickness: minimum of .014″ for printed areas.
Show-Thru Thickness: no limit for non-printing areas
Special effects: Digital transfers are printed in full color and may contain special effects, fades, shadows, shading, and photographic images within the artwork.
