What is low/no choke?

Choke means “choking” back the white ink background so the white back does not overlap the graphic. For the best product, ALWAYS order  white graphics on a separate gang sheet from your color graphics and click low/no choke so white is not choked back. Note: DTF has limitations for small fine graphics. All graphics are so different, so the learning curve will be to “try it”. We cannot be responsible for reprinting graphics if there are small, fine white graphics on same gang sheet as color graphics.

Can photos be printed in transfers?

Yes, Artwork of photo-realistic quality does print with our DTF transfers. This new process is perfectly designed to print any photo in a durable, soft transfer.

I have an e-mail saying more information is needed on my job. How do I contact you?

A message has been sent to you by one of our Project Coordinators. Click Reply To Message to answer the question that is being asked, otherwise feel free to call us at production-616-452-3941.

If I have new artwork for an existing job, where should I send it?

Please email the files to: amanda@dtfmichigan.com

Do you ship USPS?

Yes! We normally ship UPS but will use USPS when necessary.

How can I ship my orders together?

Not usually. Under some circumstances when you place your orders immediately after one another, we can make an exception and ship orders together, however, once orders are received they are separated for production. Having those orders meet at shipping is very unlikely. If you do send orders immediately after each other and want to have them shipped together, please note on both others and check PU Production on one order. If your orders DO happen to meet in shipping, we will box together and ship even though there is shipping charged on both orders.

What is the minimum I can order?

For DTF Transfers, there are currently no minimums.

What kind of Artwork do you require?

We require .png or vector artwork. If you do not have a usable .png or you are unable to vector your artwork, we can do it for you! We have a flat $40 fee for artwork services. If you have vector artwork, you can re-submit it. If you are able to vector your artwork, please follow our artwork guidelines: dtfmichigan.com/artwork-guidelines

How much do you charge for artwork?

If you submit finished vector art, there is no fee. If you need us to create or recreate artwork, we have a flat $40 fee. We do not charge by the hour or based on complexity.

Do you charge for artwork revisions?

Your first 2 revisions are free. There is a $20 fee for each additional revision.

How many images will fit on your sheet?
